130 days before this turns into something like this.
Our wedding is just around the corner. We are so excited.
I'd like to update you.
Things are not always perfect but that's a good thing. Coz anything challenging to need God for and to humble ourselves is always a blessing.
So ,something tricky had happened which was our request for the reception and other stuff was somehow misplaced. And even passing a request at an earlier time line didn't do the trick to secure the basics that we needed. Good thing, I am a positive bride who has a good support system. Okay I did have to hold back tears. But I know all will work out well because God provides. Immediately when I found out the fiance called despite being in a not so convenient time in his job which all in all makes me feel like a winner. Coz I have a great guy. :)
At this point, it feels like God is playing all of my cards. His love is just really great as he works in my life. Even simple things like the flooding here in Makati, I got to the office within 20 minutes taps because there's a pedicab waiting for me before I even look for one and right after they drop me to my next stop here comes the bus. Which at that time was really rare,
So if you are wedding planning too, I hope all is working well.
Here's what I have to share for our 130-days-till-wedding-day-timeline.
Where are we?..
1. I've decided to change my caterer.
2. Secured the menu and has a promising second option.
3. Wedding Facility Requests on process.
(Our Church Coordinator, Mrs. Hope Rivera of PMA Evangelical Church is working on her magic to help us secure everything.
Tip: Its really important to start early. As you can see the time gave methe ability to fix such problems.
Tip #2: Keep an open mind. Things may not work as you hope it would. But that's part of the challenge. Plus, help comes in from people who cares.
Tip #3: Always have a back up plan.
Tip #4: Keep calm and don't fight with your fiance
Tip #5. Know your priorities and whats important.
4. My Wedding Gown fitting is on in a few weeks. :)
Sorry even you my dear readers will not know the design until I post them after the wedding.
5. My Wedding Reception Band contract and talk is done! Check!
I will write about them soon.
Mark Lee the one on the left, is my elementary friend and neighbor. We were pretty close as kids
and it feels right to have them as my band.
By the way they are Blaze of Harmony Band from Baguio.
6. Ordered our wedding cake.

7. Inviting guests (ongoing). Receiving RSVPs. :)
8. Save the date Video Launched!
9. Wedding website - 95% done. But this is already cascaded.
10. Booked Honeymoon Flights. :) And working on the details.
11. Starting to edit printed invitation for sponsors
12. Talked to all sponsors. :)
13. Finalizing all details for the florist.
14. About to give list of probable guests for Bridal Shower to the maid of honor if in case they are throwing me one. But since my MOH is my sister, I feel that she is on to something.
