7 Things Why I don't do diet


1. I do not like the feeling of deprivation. 

                BUT......... I eat in moderation. I will not sit on that couch and eat a 2,000 calorie bag
of sweets and goodies.


2. I don't believe in small portions...

               BUT..... I do believe in eating right, taking balance meals and Thanking God
                             for the food that makes my tummy happy.

3. After deprivation, Fat storage follows.

4. I love to eat.

5. I like Yoga and Exercise. Though I am not perfect as I forget to exercise sometimes. I love
    the after feeling of victory.

6. I'm vegetarian. Eating a lot still equals to less calories.

7. Food are blessings. :)

  1. Oh Good for you Debbie that you have great Self-control and discipline.. but to some, they are not and I'm one of it! haha .. So I do a HEALTHY diet and I make sure not to starve myself. I snack from time to time and I jog for 30-minutes everyday :)
