Bridal Weight Loss Project

How did I do it?

It was simple: Hardwork

Well I guess that does not sound simple at all. I lost 13 lbs from February of this year. There were lots of running involved, a lot of pain but I'm glad to say that there was no deprivation. I ate enough. I ate what I needed to take with no excess eating involved.

I always advice Brides of this, after the proposal. Work-out.

Exercising a month before the wedding will not work. So start early!
